Three tips to keeping productive in the colder months…

Now, before I get into this blog. This is difficult. I stuggle, so it’s understandable if you struggle. With the darker nights, and colder evenings it’s easy to feel lazy and unmotivated. So, I’m not saying this will work, I’m just saying it may help.

So, these are my three tips to HELP you in staying productive..

  1. Keep the morning routine. Get out of bed. Make the bed. Get dressed. If you stay in your pj’s you’ll be unmotivated, and achieve nothing.
  2. Write the do list. Make the plan. Whether this means everyday life plans, running errangs, building a business or chasing your dreams. Do there no matter the end goal.
  3. Understand your feelings. Know why you are feeling certain ways. The weather can make you feel mopey and lazy. Be aware of that, however know when to give yourself a kick up the bum.

I really hope these tips help you in the best they can. Remember it’s ok to not feel positive and productive and even more so, in the colder months of the year.

  1. It’s a struggle to stay productive in colder weather. All you want to do is stay in bed and snuggle up. Staying mindful of our goals, sticking to our morning routine and writing out a to do list are great ways to keep motivated and on track. Thanks for sharing.
