You know me by now, I’m here and then I’m not. I’m not going to lie. There is absolutely no reason about where I have been or why I haven’t been blogging other than life took over again. Which is okay may I add.
It is totally normal for you to get knocked of track, you don’t need a reason for it other than, you are too busy, too tired or life just took over. Please never let other people or even yourself make you feel bad or guilty for this. It is totally normal.
I have recently been thinking.. Why do I say I will post a blog on a certain day at a certain time and a YouTube video on a certain day at a certain time. That is forced and stressful and that isn’t me doing what I love. That is me forcing what I love, and then it is no longer enjoyable.
With that being said, I am coming back. I love to blog because it relaxes me, and I feel like I am helping other while giving advice. I want to keep releasing blogs within my niche such as self care, self love and spirituality, without the stress or putting unnecessary pressure of myself.
This is my first post back. I have so many great posts lined up, such as, self love advice, spiritual ones and even some collaborations. Like I have already mentioned they will not be posted on certain days. You may or not be aware but tonight is a full moon and I decided that I would do a blog about the rituals that I perform when it’s a full moon.
Firstly, there are two moons in which I perform rituals for, them being a new moon and a full moon. The difference being; new moons are for manifesting and bringing in things to your life and a full moon being for letting go and removing things from your life. I love a full moon as I love to get rid of things in which no longer serve me, whether people, things or ways of life.
Before, I get onto the rituals I want to mention that the full moon is one to definitely affect your mood so take everything with a pinch of salt over the next and last few days. You also may not feel yourself, whether you feel like you need to cry this is completely okay, just let it out, this is totally normal. Also, because of the moon affecting your mood, be careful and do not rush into any decisions over the next couple of days.
The first ritual and my main ritual in which I always perform is writing a list of things I want to get rid of from my life and then I burn the bit of paper in order to completely let go of everything on the paper. I feel like this completely helps me to let go of things in which no longer serve me as I’ve written them physically on paper and watched them burn away from my life.
Another ritual in which should always be done, is to put your crystals under the moon light, whether that’s on a windowsill or actually outside at one with earth. The moon is amazing at recharging and re-energizing your crystals and getting rid of all the negative and bad energy previously on them.
My final ritual in which I love to perform on a full moon is to create my own moon water. If you don’t know what moon water is. It’s basically normal tap water that you put in a container under the moon on a full moon which makes it moon water. It can be used for several things such as put into a spray bottle and sprayed onto your skin to revitalize your skin, or it can be drunk to revitalize your body.

When you think of self care. What do you think of? Face masks? Candle lit bath? Spa weekend away? Yes, you are correct BUT this is only one way of 6 different types of self care. You can always take time for self care. So, let me tell you all 6 types of self care and what is classed as each one..
1) The main way of Self Care is Pampering.
A face mask
A hot bath
A hair mask
Painting your nails
2) Physical. Physical self care is so important, you have to move your body and have fresh air daily in order to stay healthy.
Going for a walk
Different forms of exercise
3) Emotional. Realising your feelings. Understand your emotions. Know that it is normal to feel this way.
Have a little cry
Have a few deep breathes
Be kind to yourself
3) Social Self Care is so important. It can range from learning to say no, to talking to friends to take the weight off your shoulders.
Know your boundaries. You don’t feel up to going out? Say no. That’s okay!
Unfollow people on social media who don’t make you feel good about yourself.
Communicate. If you need someone to talk to, talk to someone. Technology is amazing. You need someone, call them.
Time together. If you feel low, go and grab a coffee with someone.
Ask for help. Be honest with yourself, if you need someone, tell them.
4) Spiritual self care. This doesn’t apply to everyone. If you don’t class yourself as spiritual, please don’t knock it until you try it.

5) Personal self care. Do something that you love. Something for you. Take time to chill, and do something that makes you happy.
6) Self Care through space around you. Where you are living. I always like to say, tidy home, tidy mind. Messy space, messy life.

Although lockdown is coming to an end, I thought I would write a little blog on how I am staying sane in this crazy time.
1) My first biggest tip in order to staying sane, in this crazy time is to have a routine. A routine is literally the only thing keeping me going. I have no idea where I would be without a routine right now. If you are going to bed at silly o’clock in the morning and waking up in the middle of the day, you are most probably not going to be feeling great.
Keeping to the topic of a routine….
2) A morning routine is absolutely incredible.
Set an alarm. Anywhere from 8am-10am I would personally recommend.
When your alarm goes, leave your room and head to the bathroom. Do everything you normally would do in the bathroom, but do it all at once and now. Toilet, shower, teeth, face etc.
When you return to your room, first thing you’re going to do is make your bed. A made bed is harder to get in. Once your bed is made you do not get back in until the nighttime. Sitting on your bed and under a blanket is all good. But, do not get under the duvet.
Open the curtains, and open the window. I don’t care how cold it is. Open your window, even if you only have it open while you get ready, that’s fine. You just need some sort of fresh air.
Now, you get ready, get changed. Do your hair, even if you just brush and fling it back into a messy bun. Do your face, make up or not. If no make up, do your skincare.
3) Write a to do list. I know with lockdown it’s hard to find things to do. But, write everything that is possible on there. Even if you write…
Go for a walk
Eat three meals
Watch three episodes of my favourite series
Make my bed
All of these things are so positive, and even if you only do them, you should be so proud because it’s so hard to find the motivation to anything at this current time.

I honestly think we are never gonna have this time again to do nothing. So use it wisely, what have you always wanted to do but you couldn’t because you were too tired or didn’t have enough time? Do this now!! You may never get this opportunity again!
4) Go outside. Fresh air is so good for you, being cooped up all time will do you no good. Go outside everyday, even if you some days you walk and other days (when you are not feeling so good) drink your cup of tea in the garden. It’ll do you the world of good and can make such a difference to your mind and your mood.
5) Finally, this is something I have only picked up this lockdown, but once again something which I’ve wanted to start for ages but always put a side. Journaling. There are so many different ways to journal, but if you are wanting to change your lockdown to be more positive, please just do this for me. Get yourself a notebook, or even just a piece of paper, you can either do this before bed, or at some point in your morning routine. Just write everything down. What you’ve been up to. What you have achieved. What you want to achieve. How you feel. Why you feel that way. Getting thoughts out of your head and onto a bit of paper will make your mind more at ease.

Tomorrow is a fresh start, a new month, new goals. But, before we prep for a new month and make new goals, aspirations and manifestations we must look back on last month and recognise what we have already achieved and be grateful for them.
What did I achieve in February?
As February has been a time for the weather getting warmer, I have been able to spend more time outside, which is something that makes me very happy! I have been walking near enough everyday and on one occasion even managed to walk over ten miles in a couple of hours. I have even started to pick up running which is something I have always pushed to the side because I’m too tired or am not feeling it. On several occasions I have even ran to my local park to do a morning workout, doing anything from ab crunches and squats. Exercise is something I don’t want to do but I absolutely love the feeling after a workout, so I am so proud of myself for pushing through and achieving this most days.
What am I grateful for?
I am grateful for so many things right now, such as due to the this pandemic and being advised to stay home, I had to return to my hometown to live with my mum and sister, which I don’t normally do. I have also been able to focus all my time on myself as there is literally nothing else to do. I have been able to work on my spirituality, my blog, my YouTube, my Instagram and all things that make me happy!
Now I have realised what I am already grateful for right now, I can make plans for the future of what I want to achieve..
What are my goals for March?
My goals for March are to keep up the fitness, and to still spent so much time outside as it’s my happy place. Ideally I would love to set a goal everyday to do 10,000 steps, but obviously everyone needs a rest day. This month I also want to book my driving test for after the pandemic so I can get it done and dusted and pass it sooner rather than later. I also want to keep saving at the rate I am because the more I safe the sooner I will get my own home!
What am I manifesting for March?
At the beginning of the year I did a tarot card reading for the whole year, where I get one card per each month of the year and my card that I received for March was a card implying that this month was going to bring change. So, I feel like my manifestations for this month are for the positive change to enter my life and make it better. I am manifesting for happiness and health for myself, family, friends and all around them.
I have absolutely loved making this blog. It’s made me so grateful for things in my life right now, even though things are crazy right now, there is always something to be grateful for. It’s also made me so motivated to achieve my goals. I would love to know what you are grateful for right now and what you are manifesting for the month of March?

You have probably been wondering where on earth I have been? The last time I posted a blog here was back in December before Christmas for my daily Blogmas posts. But, you’ll never guess what, I am back!!!!
If I’m honest, posting a blog everyday made me very stressed out and made me fall out of love with blogging. So I decided to take a well deserved break. I had no planned date to come back, but decided that when I was ready I would return, and now I am ready!
It has been almost two months since I posted my last blog, so let’s have a catch up. Firstly, due to COVID-19 I got to spend Christmas with my family for the first time in 5 years, as working away from home had made this not be able to happen, so please remember although Coronavirus is an awful thing, always look at the positives in life!
On Boxing Day, the country once again returned to a lockdown, so with that being the case I returned home with my family, and I have been home ever since and just like everyone else I am waiting for lockdown to be lifted so I can return to normal life, which for me is travelling back to West Sussex to continue working as a children’s entertainer.
Well, my lovelies, while being home, I decided to focus on building my Instagram and growing it to the extent I want it at. We are not there yet but everyday I am getting closer, and everyday it makes me so happy to see that I am helping people and inspiring others. My goal for the end of the year is to get 3K followers, I am already so close to 1.5K and it’s only February, so we are on the right track. Also, if you read my blog back in December, you will have seen that I had posted a “2021 Goals” post and as we are 2 months in let’s have an update..
Obviously being in lockdown has made it impossible for me to pass my driving test, so that’s a working process. But, it’s coming!
YouTube. I wanted to start YouTube. And I can now say I have a YouTube channel! I did it! I took the leap, it was the best decision I ever made! It’s not as scary as you think you’ve just gotta do it! (You can find the link to my YouTube below… https://youtube.com/channel/UCUZhpfbmp6H8XGVKuVz2gSA )
My final goal was to say yes to every opportunity, I mean there hasn’t been many opportunities within two months in a global pandemic, but I do believe I have done my best. I have recently paired with an influencer programme which was such a good decision! (The @ is in my Instagram bio, also please feel free to DM me on Instagram with any questions on this would love to help!) I have some amazing collaborations on Instagram coming up with some incredible small businesses. So, yes I do think saying “Yes” to every opportunity is already working within my favour!
Well, I am most definitely planning on keeping blogging full time. Although, I do think it is best that I only post a blog once a week, in order to keep the passion alive. Most people will probably post this near to the end of December but I have decided to in cooperate mine into my blogmas. I personally think setting goals is one if the best things you can do in life, whether it’s for the week, the month or the year, a goal is a goal. Achieving a goal is one of the best feelings in the world.
I’ve decided to set three New Years resolutions for 2021..
My first resolution is to pass driving test, this is something I set out to achieve this year but due to the circumstances this obviously became very difficult due to them closing and the demand of them after. So this is definitely something I wish to achieve next year. I think if I took the test I would most definitely pass as I do think I’m ready. I think being able to drive would definitely make people a better person as I would have my own freedom.
My next resolution is abit of an odd one, as I mentioned in yesterday’s blog I was very nervous to start blogging, but it was the best decision I ever decided to make. So, I think the next step in my blogging journey is to start YouTube. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for ages but have always been nervous to do, but I think it’s the next thing I need to do on this crazy journey of mine. It’s time to man up and get filming!
My final resolution is one that I have decided to keep on from this year. At the beginning of this year I decided to say yes to every opportunity that is thrown my way, this is one of the best decisions I have ever made it has given me the best opportunities and best memories from this year. Such as singing in stage, performing in shows, spending three months at home with my family and starting my blog. If you only set one resolution this year make it be saying yes to every opportunity given to you.
This year has been crazy for many people. I can fully agree with this statement, but for me it has brought more joy than sadness. Here are some of my favourite memories and moments that have really stood out to me this year.
I started this year with one of the best resolutions. I decided that every challenge that was thrown my way, I would say yes to. This is the best thing I have ever decided to do and something I will carry on into 2021, I would suggest that you guys would try to. Obviously, there are levels for this, if you don’t want to do something, you can say no. But, if something scares you, say yes, try it, you’ll probably not regret it. It has led me to some of the best opportunity this year. Such as singing on stage, acting a scientist in a live show, hosting a story time show and starting up my own blog!
You may have heard of the saying “every cloud has a silver lining”, this year has brought this quote to life for me. The news about coronavirus is obviously very upsetting and I wouldn’t wish anyone to have coronavirus. But, this news brought great news for me. Due to the coronavirus news, my work had to close which meant I got to travel home and spend the lockdown with my family. As I work away from home, I hardly ever get to go home to have family time, so three months at home was perfect for me.
This year having loads of time to spare I decided to learn a skill so I decided to take up rollerblading. Rollerblading is something I have always wanted to learn but have always pushed to the side because there is always something more important to do. I love rollerblading and am so happy that I decided to buy the blades and started to learn this year.
This year was obviously a slow and tough year, so when things had calmed down we decided to take a chilled holiday in Devon in September time. This break was so relaxing we decided to go glamping which amazing, we saw such beautiful views and waterfalls, it was such a eye opening holiday!
On my glamping holiday I decided to face my fears and start up my blog page. This decision was one of the best decisions I have ever decided to make. I was always so scared to put myself out there but like I said starting my blog was such a great decision and I’m so happy I did it. If you are thinking about doing something out of your comfort zone, do it! Since starting it up in September I have posted 157 times and gained 437 followers which is amazing! This year working in the entertainment industry was very difficult, and at some points we were closed and didn’t have a reopening date which was very scary. Buy, it did bring some great opportunities. Obviously, due to social distancing having a large amount of people in a venue was not aloud, so my work decided to build an outside stage to accommodate guests watching shows, in the summer holidays this was amazing because it was like a festival arena. I am very lucky to say that I got to perform this stage several times a week for seven weeks. This stage also held performances from some big names such as Diversity, and my personal favourite RakSu. I still cannot believe that I get paid to watch one of my favourite performers RakSu!
My last favourite memory of this year was very recent, it was finally getting my own pet fish and shrimp! I have wanted fish for ages but 5here was always a reason on why I couldn’t. But this year was the year that my boyfriend finally gave in, and I am now a proud fish mummy!
I understand that this year was unusual, it wasn’t what we planned it to be, but I honestly am such a big believer, in that the best memories are from plans that weren’t planned. When you plan things you expect certain expectations. When things aren’t planned you cannot expect a certain situation to happened so you are most likely to have the best memories. This year is what you made it, if you sat and moped about it wouldn’t have been the best but if you got up and had a purpose to have family time and learn a new skill then it’ll have probably been a pretty good year.
I would say I have enjoyed this year. I never planned to spend three months at home, or only worked half the year, but I made it what I could and I achieved everything I could have. I hope you 2020 wasn’t to awful and that you have taken away some amazing memories! Stay safe and make the world what you can! Love always x
For someone who works and has worked in the entertainment industry for the last four years my Christmas day is very different to other people’s Christmas days. Most people would be off work, sat with their family all day, spending time with them. But, for someone who works in a holiday park as a children’s entertainer, this is not the case.
I actually wrote this blog at the beginning of the month with my plan about how I would spend my Christmas Day working. I then rewrote it a few weeks ago with the five day mixing restrictions in place about how my mum and sister were coming down and renting a cottage near buy, so I could work and see them.
Obviously since then the rules have since changed and with this happening my holiday camp has decided to close until the new year, most people have seen this news has very negative. But, every cloud has a silver lining. With my work being closed, they have advised that we leave and return for Christmas.
So, for the first time in five years I will get to spend Christmas with my family and for the first time in seven years I will get to spend Christmas day with my mum as I previously spent Christmas as my dads due to my baby brother living there.
I cannot wait to spend Christmas time with my family and not have to work. Usually, I get up go to work then come home to relax. But, this year I am going to spend the whole day in my pjs on the sofa, cooking dinner with my mummy.
