Affirmations are a wonderful thing. Something you say to yourself to improve your mood, to level up your mindset so to speak.
I’m sure we all know that the way we speak to ourselves has something to do with outer mental health and our mindset. Therefore when you speak kindly to yourself it’s known that life feels better and our mindset is happier.
I thought for this week’s blog I would just give you some affirmations and you can pick and choose which ones you like, and want to use to speak to yourself.
Personally, I prefer to speak mine to myself when I am getting ready in front of the mirror in the morning. I feel using them in the morning is more beneficial for me personally as it gets my mindset ready for the day ahead.
Everything is happening exactly as it should.
I am doing my very best.
I choose to be happy and love myself.
I am in love with myself and my body.
My life is just beginning.
Good things are happening to me always.
I create my own happiness.
I am beautiful just the way I am.
My life is filled with abundance of goodness.
I am powerful and strong.
